Hilary Cobb is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who has over a decade of experience in behavioral health, domestic violence and child welfare including individual and family therapy, psychiatric inpatient treatment for adolescents and adults, offender intervention and victim services, and marriage counseling.
She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Idaho and her master of social work degree (MSW) from Boise State University.
She has presented at state conferences, for college classes at several universities, and created curriculum and taught social workers in Child Welfare as part of a collaboration between Idaho State University and the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. She also writes about parenting, mental health and healthy relationships for websites and local magazines.
Hilary is passionate about training and supporting both adolescents and adult learners, and loves using psychology and social work to help individuals and businesses flourish.
Melissa W. Bernier is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with nineteen years of experience in child welfare and behavioral health including adolescent psychiatric residential treatment, family support programming, individual and family therapy, clinical supervision, foster parent training and treatment foster care.
She earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in Social Work from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks and is currently a doctoral candidate at Idaho State University in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Instructional Design and Technology.
Melissa has experience training and developing curriculum for organizations including the Idaho Youth Advisory Board, Idaho Juvenile Justice Association, Idaho HeadStart Program, Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Idaho Children's Trust Fund, and has presented at several national conferences. In addition, she is currently the Chair for the West Coast Child Welfare Trainer's Conference.
Melissa enjoys presenting and training, but her true passion is supporting agencies by developing a learning culture through training plans as well as coaching and support at all organizational levels.
